Does anyone have any opinions of this guy? I have read a few of his books and they are inspiring and motivational but what does everyone think of his teachings? I thought about buying the cashflow board game, had anyone played it?

He is more of a motivational speaker than anything. Him being with Trump is just a Marketing spoof. He is a fraud imo, I read his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. He basically re-words everything Carlton Sheets says, who by no stretch of the imagination is an investment genius. His latest "venture" is promoting this MLM NetworthUSA. It's very similar to Amway (Where he made a lot of this money). There are plenty of other investment books to spend your money besides this guy. IMHO

All these guys want you to believe that they made their millions from real estate. In Rich Dad, Poor Dad he talks about making his money in real estate and retiring at such a young age. Well the reason that he was able to retire is the fact that he started to make these tapes/seminars/infommercials where the huge cash is.

Yes I like reading his stuff but it doesn't happen half as fast as they say it does.

If you look at all these real estate people all they do is recycle the same info at a different price.

Guy is full of shit, plain and simple.

There is no "rich dad", there never was. And the guy lies abot a bunch of other important stuff too, including his overall net worth and his military service stories. His book belongs in th fiction section!

Here is a LONG page link that does a good job taking the guy apart...

definitely his book reads like a novel, I think thats why it sold so many copies as it is quite interesting. Unforunately, not a very good book and he makes everything seem quite easy.

Nice to see so many smart people at one forum. For years I've been amazed at how many people buy into Kiyosaki's line of crap. "Really makes you think" kind of reviews get pretty old. The link to Reed's site is really recommended given that it dives into some of the crazier claims Kiyosaki has made over the years.
